NEW BOULEVARD AP

This project immediately piqued our interest when we learned that two separate apartments would be merged into one. For us, the process of demolishing walls is always an exciting part of any new project. We made the decision to remove as many walls as possible, and after a month of work, all that remained were the floors and columns.
The “New Boulevard” apartment has undergone a remarkable transformation, now offering comfort and spaciousness in every area. The choice of neutral colors and textures throughout the space enhances its warmth and tranquility, while allowing natural light to illuminate and highlight the beauty of travertine accents.
The open layout created by removing walls has not only expanded the physical space but also enhanced the flow between rooms. This design approach not only maximizes natural light but also fosters a sense of unity and continuity throughout the apartment.
In essence, “New Boulevard” is no longer just a collection of apartments; it has evolved into a cohesive and inviting home that seamlessly combines modern aesthetics with functional comfort.
